Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our mushroom farming team. As a Mushroom Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of mushroom cultivation, harvesting, packing, and maintaining farm hygiene. Full training will be provided – no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities: Harvesting mushrooms carefully by hand to avoid damage Sorting, grading, and packing mushrooms according to quality standards Maintaining cleanliness in growing and packaging areas Monitoring growing conditions and reporting any issues to supervisors Supporting with loading/unloading and farm maintenance tasks Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, manual labour environment Ability to work in humid and low-light conditions Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends or overtime if required Punctual and dependable Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in farm work, especially mushroom farming Understanding of food hygiene practices Benefits: Full training provided Opportunity for long-term employment Supportive team environment Possibility of accommodation (if applicable) Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable overseas candidates
